Consultation Terms

  • Scope of Service: Consultations are strictly limited to the scheduled timeframe. Complex migration matters may require multiple sessions to address fully.

  • Preparation: To maximize your session, please submit all relevant queries and background documentation at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

  • Outcome Guarantees: While we strive for accuracy and depth in our advice, a consultation does not guarantee that a viable visa pathway will be found.

  • Information Accuracy: Our advice is based entirely on the scenario and data provided by you. We do not independently verify your documents during a consultation and are not liable for errors or delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information. We encourage all users to independently verify information provided.

  • Professional Relationship: Engaging in a consultation does not establish an ongoing agent-client relationship. Such a relationship is only formed via a signed Service Agreement. To the extent allowed by law, we exclude liability for any reliance placed on general information provided during these sessions.

  • Regulatory Compliance: We operate under the Migration Agents Code of Conduct. If your specific case requires a formal Service Agreement under the Code before advice can be given, we will notify you before the session.

Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

  • How to Modify: You can cancel or change your booking online until 24 hours before your scheduled time.

  • Refund Process: We will refund the original payment only in case of cancellations processed online until 24 hours before your scheduled time.

  • Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment online until 24 hours before your scheduled time. Changes with less than 24 hours' notice can only be requested by sending an to email info@mondomigration.com.au and will incur a $75 administration fee.

  • Agent Unavailability: Should our agent be unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a priority reschedule. If this is not suitable, you will receive a 100% refund.

  • General Policy: Refunds are not provided outside of the specific conditions listed above.

Attendance Policy

  • Joining the Session: Please use the link or instructions provided in your confirmation email to join the meeting punctually.

  • Lateness: If you anticipate being late, please notify us immediately by sending an email to info@mondomigration.com.au

  • Forfeiture: Any time lost due to a user joining late or failing to attend is forfeited. No refunds or partial credits will be issued for missed time unless expressly agreed upon by us in writing.
